  MVYSA exists to offer a quality soccer experience at a price most all families can afford. We have appreciated the commitment businesses have made the past few years. Unlike some non-profit organizations, MVYSA operates with an all-volunteer staff. Our goal is to provide a safe, fun, and exciting soccer experience for the youth of Mount Vernon at the lowest possible cost.

  As a business owner in this community, we are sure you are aware of the growth that our community has seen in recent years. MVYSA expects to serve over 400 youth soccer players this Fall. Our biggest hurdle is raising enough money to provide a quality soccer program for the kids, while keeping costs to the families affordable. The biggest key in accomplishing this goal each year is through business sponsorships.

  Over the past few years, we have seen businesses in this area continually sponsor teams and personally, we have seen and heard of businesses gaining customers because of their sponsorship. A family contacted a local orthodontia company simply because they were new to the area and that orthodontia company sponsored their child’s team. As board members, we tend to go out of our way to mention our sponsors when talking with families and out in the community with friends.

  We are asking your company to help local youth experience the joy of soccer through becoming a team sponsor for $300. In return for your sponsorship, we will print your business name on the team jerseys, present you with a team photo plaque to display, and post a link to your website on our sponsor page at www.mvysa.org. Our goal this year is 40 sponsors, one for each team we look to field. However, if you are unable to sponsor a team, but would like to help, you can make a scholarship donation. Donations are used to assist low-income families who cannot otherwise afford player fees. Your company will still be recognized as a sponsor on our sponsor page. No matter how you choose to contribute, please know that your contribution is very much appreciated.
